Free Range Lamb Roast

Ideal for smaller events, our finest Warwickshire
Free Range Lamb Roast is sprigged with Rosemary
& Garlic and slow cooked for tenderness and taste.

• Waitress to prepare and serve
• Freshly baked bread rolls (70)
• Creating Taste mint sauce
• Harvest of Arden redcurrant sauce

• Oriental Red Cabbage - crispy red cabbage, red onions, mixed peppers, carrots, sesame seeds and an oriental dressing
• Posh Potato Salad - new potatoes in a crème fraîche and mayonnaise dressing with spring onions and chives
• Tricolore - ripe avocado, tomatoes, mozzarella, basil and oil dressing
• Moroccan Couscous - couscous, sultanas, roasted pine nuts, apricots, chickpeas, fresh herbs and a spicy dressing
• Beautiful Beans - cannelloni, borlotti and butter beans dressed in a light and herby vinaigrette
• Lovely Lentils - lentils with walnuts and goat’s cheese, baby rocket and an oil and balsamic vinegar dressing
• Homemade Creamy Coleslaw - made from a selection of cabbage, carrot, onion, parsley, pepper and mayonnaise
• Mixed Dressed Salad Leaves - a selection of seasonal salad leaves in a delicious homemade dressing
